Lifestyle changes such as:
Exercise regularly, increase movement, practice relaxation techniques, optimize sleep, improve detox status (incoming toxin exposure, optimal elimination through liver function, sweat, urine, and stool)

How long does it take to reduce and manage Psoriasis symptoms? What are possible results?

Everyone is on a different timeline, and we all have unique genomics backgrounds, but most people can begin to notice improvements by 3-6 months. It is an ongoing process to continue to refine a plan for success.

What happens if you don’t manage Psoriasis properly?
Some direct complications of psoriasis include psoriatic arthritis. The skin can also change color over time, particularly in the areas where plaques have healed. There are also some diagnosis associations, such as eye issues, obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, mental health conditions, and other autoimmune conditions (multiple sclerosis, Crohn’s, autoimmune thyroid disorders).

Meet Lisa, who was put on Thyroid medication while pregnant. Lisa wanted to get off medication.

We addressed her inability to detox and began to fix abnormal bacterial growth in her microbiome (Klebsiella) while boosting the gut immune system (low sIgA).

"I have never had a doctor spend so much time preparing for our appointment by extensively analyzing all of my lab work from the past several years and putting together a comprehensive plan." - Lisa
