On Fridays, our office hours are 9:00am to 3:00pm.
Our medical staff can be reached most conveniently via secure messaging on our electronic medical record portal. We will make it a point to respond to any questions within 24-48 hours. Please understand that our medical team does not operate as a 24/7 concierge type practice, but rather as a specialist level care, operating within posted business hours.
We encourage our members to maintain a local primary care physician, so as to allow for in-person physical examinations as warranted. As we are completely telemedicine based, we are not equipped to attend to medical emergencies or urgent care needs. If you have a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately or go to your closest emergency room. If you have an urgent care need, please go to the closest urgent care center.
