Why I practice at Index Health.

My journey to functional medicine began years ago with personal health challenges, and I found the tools of functional medicine beneficial for myself and my family. I have an extensive background in traditional academic medicine, and am agnostic in terms of how healing occurs- meaning I believe in using whatever type of medicine can create lasting health. I seek to employ up-to-date research, advanced testing, and the necessary intuition required to create healing. It is a privilege to provide personalized care for patients as we seek to find the root cause of their imbalances, and prioritize the use of nutrition and lifestyle to help them become their healthiest selves.

Meet your nutritionist.
