Why I practice at Index Health.

What I enjoy most about practicing Functional and Lifestyle Medicine is that it puts the power back in my patients’ hands. Working with my patients to help them understand how they’ve gotten to where they are in their health journey is a key part of the healing process. As a provider, I’m then able to support my patients through using a combination of lifestyle and behavior changes, and when needed, supplements and/or medications, to address the root of their symptoms.
