Meet Sandie Foster.

My lifelong passion has always been to help people.  My life, both personally and professionally, has been driven by the desire to make a positive impact on those around me.

Through my experiences as a caregiver, massage therapist, and working in the administrative aspect of healthcare, I have gained valuable insights into the importance of compassion, empathy, and selflessness in making a difference in the lives of others.

I am grateful to be a part of the team of healthcare professionals at Index Health, and working for such a forward-thinking company, which is needed now more than ever! I believe in the vision of providing personalized patient care in the form of Functional Medicine, seeking to find the root cause of imbalances, and view each person as a unique individual, and prioritize the use of nutrition and lifestyle to help people become their healthiest selves!
